Photographer

360° Estate Media seeks part-time professional photographers in the northern Sacramento area as well as the Reno area with a good eye for composition, a strong attention to detail, and experience shooting with DSLRs. Photographers are not required to have their own DSLR, although that is a plus if your model works with our preferred business model. Our photographers are responsible for bringing the appropriate gear to each shoot on time, capturing all necessary angles of a home, and returning the gear and offloading files to prep everything for the next shoot/shooter as well as notify the assigned editor of the uploads.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping track of assigned shoots via email/our scheduler
  • Meeting client deadlines
  • Communicating with production team
  • Keeping an up to date account of your availability in our scheduler
  • Capturing all necessary angles for a property highlighting a home's strengths as well as unique features
  • Maintaining 360° Estate Media's standard of professionalism when communicating with our clients, their clients, and other team members
  • Delivering all files to editors promptly in Google Drive in the appropriate folders

Requirements

Videographer

360° Estate Media seeks part-time professional videographers in the northern Sacramento, Reno, as well as the Butte/Plumas County areas with a good eye for composition, a strong attention to detail, and experience shooting with DSLRs & stabilizers. Videographers are not required to have their own DSLR, although that is a plus if your model works with our preferred business model. Our videographers are responsible for bringing the appropriate gear to each shoot on time, capturing all necessary shots of a home, returning the gear, and offloading files to prep everything for the next shoot/shooter as well as notify the assigned editor of the uploads.

FAA Drone Pilot

360° Estate Media seeks part-time commercially licensed drone pilots in Reno as well as the Butte/Plumas County areas. Drone pilots are required to be FAA licensed, but are not required to have their own drone, although that is a plus if your model works with our preferred business model. Our drone pilots are responsible for bringing the appropriate gear to each shoot on time, capturing all necessary shots of a home, returning the gear, and offloading files to prep everything for the next shoot/shooter as well as notify the assigned editor of the uploads.

Photo Editor

360° Estate Media seeks full-time and part time photo editors to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a passionate interest in art and digital photography with prior experience in real estate photography. The candidate should be a talented photo editor with skills in producing HDR photography in Adobe Lightroom and Aurora. The editor should have excellent skills in communication, follow-through, and professionalism with a keen eye for exposure, color balance, and saturation. The job will be remote. The editor must have a fast internet connection, strong computer skills and a computer adequate for professional photo editing.

Responsibilities

  • Adhering to editing schedule with flexibility for short notice projects
  • Meeting client deadlines
  • Communicating with production team
  • Editing bracketed photos in Adobe Lightroom
  • Color correcting photos
  • Enhancing photos to meet quality standards
  • Saving and uploading final jpegs as well as edited dngs

Qualifications

  • Experience with and passion for advanced photo editing techniques
  • Knowledge of various resolution/compression settings for various platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to edit HDR photos

Video Editor

360° Estate Media seeks full-time and part time photo editors to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a passionate interest in art and videography. The candidate should be a talented visual storyteller with experience in producing videos through Adobe Premiere Pro. A qualified editor will have excellent skills in communication, follow-through, and professionalism. The job will be remote. The editor must have a fast internet connection, strong computer skills and a computer adequate for professional video editing and rendering of 4K files. Both Mac & Windows users are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Adhering to editing schedule with flexibility for short notice projects
  • Meeting client deadlines
  • Communicating with production team
  • Editing video clips together in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adjusting color & exposure as needed and adding appropriate supplemental music
  • Editing/rendering out 4K short 1-2 minute property videos
  • Uploading to our Vimeo channel with appropriate settings/descriptions for each video
